Thread: vBulletin 4.0 Style Releases

We have had many users asking if we will ever start releasing styles, mostly because of the style being designed on here.

We will start releasing styles in the future, however at this time we will not release any styles until vBulletin 4.0 is more stable. Our first release will be an automotive themed style, only because we have so many emails asking for such a style.

As with any product we release the standard that we work to is always highly professional, and far more advanced than you will find anywhere else. Any style will always cover the entire vBulletin 4.0 Professional Suite, so we guarantee that the style will be consistent across your site.

Will We just Re-color a standard default style?
The simple answer is 'No' - we do not believe in just re-coloring a few StyleVars, and then distributing it as a new style. All styles that we release will be designed to change the overall look completely, this may include a new header that is flash based, banner rotators and much more. We do not believe in 'cutting corners' - so every style will be unique and complete.

Will we give you the header PSD file?
Only a few styles will be distributed with PSD's. Unlike conventional styling, Digital Port styles do not use standard methods, therefore the use of a PSD is not required. The methods we use allow you to use any image within the background, and float your logo on top, in any position without any knowledge of coding. We do all the hard work for you, so you do not need the expensive Photoshop just to edit a simple header.

Be Prepared
No style will be rushed during development and care is always taken with any product. Our tag "creative, concept ideas" is one that we always adhere to, and one that you can trust.

Will Our Styles be free?
Some early ones will be - however, the more work and features that we design in a style will make some commercial. Paid styles will carry our standard licensing enforcement.
