As from now, anyone posting in our forums must use 10 characters or more per post. This used to be only 2 characters, however numerous people have taken it upon themselves to post very little or non-informative posts.

If you make posts with hardly any contructive content just to increase your post count you will be given an infraction, and your posts will be removed. Further violations will lead to a ban.

Please note all free modifications we release are for site usage only. You may not distribute any of our modifications in any way, without prior permission from us. If you violate this rule, we will take action against you or your site. This may mean you will have your site shutdown by your host or links removed from file-sharing sites. On several occasions we have contacted a number of these websites, and they will remove our content, due to users abusing their conditions of service.

We have a number of email addresses, IP addresses and usernames that have violated these rules. Serious violations may involve court action taken against you.

You are only making life harder for yourself, since we ban IP addresses and email addresses of users that violate these terms. Why would you want to, when, you’ll be the ones that miss out on some of the best free forthcoming modifications, for vBulletin.

Please abide by these rules regarding posting on our message boards and throughout the whole website. Failure to comply with any of rules will result in a ban from this site. If the ban resulted from a serious violation, we will inform your ISP. You can email us asking for a reason why a ban was issued.

None of the following will be tolerated!

- Profanity, of any kind will not be acceptable.
- Do not post abusive/offensive messages to other members.
- Do not spam or flame the message boards.
- Do not advertise websites* or links (this includes ID index ‘linking’)
- Do not post pornographic, warez, hacking material.
- Postings should be suitable for all ages.
- Please do not post copyrighted material (this will be deleted!)
- Do not post any message of political content.
- Messages that contain 'mobile text typing' will be ignored, or deleted.

Gaming:

- Anyone found to be cheating on any game will be banned.
- Intially with a 5-day ban, with ALL scores removed.
- Serious offenders will have a 'lifetime' ban issued.
- Do not post abusive comments on any game.

Anything that the management feels is not suitable will be edited or deleted. Any member that feels another member should be reported, please email the management first. Any topic that is showing 'flaming' will either be closed or deleted.

Anyone found to be posting abusive or slanderous allegations about another member, either via a forum, comment box, shoutbox or private message will be banned. Contact an Admin or Moderator first, if you would like us to investigate a problem. Digital Port UK relies on good community spirit, please keep this in mind.

The I.T News section - please include the source where the original article can be viewed. This is to protect ourselves, and to conform to copyright laws.

All our commercial hacks will be 'domain locked', this means the hack will only function correctly on the domain you specify. This was only brought into place due to one person abusing our system. So, now all commercial hacks will be hard-coded per domain, and have other security built-in for security measures. Digital Port takes piracy serious.

We do not 'unjoin' members because they do not post on our message boards. We understand that not everyone can post on a regular basis, everyone has a life to lead!
