Lost access to your AdminCP? Then you have probably installed a badly programmed modification. You will need to turn off Plugins & Hooks in the vBulletin Options.
Edit the config.php file and find:

Directly below type this:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
This will disable Plugins & Hooks, now you can login and disable all Products and find out which one is causing the problem.
Remember, you will need to remove the above line of code or none of the Products will work.
