It's been awhile since we released any new modifcations for vBulletin, so here's our first for 2007.



Description:
A flash-based ticker that can be used on any vBulletin page or integrated portal system. Light-weight file size at only 34k. It is very versatile, and will be supplied packed with the required external files for configuring. Two versions of the ticker will be supplied, one for opening a new browser window on mouse-click and the other opens the page within itself. Also features pause on mouse-over, and high-light. DEMO available on our frontpage.

Uses:
Can be used to pull news headlines in from external sites using its internal proxy PHP, so you have the latest news always showing on your website.

Or

Can be used to display your Latest forum posts - featuring a setup to pull an entire feed from your vBulletin board, or specific categories.

The Lite version release also includes the ability to rename the text title on the ticker externally, so it could be used for any RSS feed purpose. While the Pro version will come unbranded and fully skinnable via templates within the package.

It should be released within a few days!



This is very similar to the above product but includes a dual feed input and output, therefore can display 2 rss feeds simultaneously or one rss feed and perhaps a forum feed. It comes with 2 changeable text fields and is fully skinnable with templates and a few free skins are supplied.

Is this available yet ???

It's not been released yet. Once it is released, it will only be available from this site.

I have done all the files, just need to document the installation - before releasing it. Just got a few other jobs to do, and I'll release this mod over the next week or so.

The Dual Output Pro Version hasn't been developed yet, that will be another future product.

was wondering if this was ever released?

I have had a look through the place but cant locate it.

This was actually never released - one of several products that I need to get back to and finish.

I'll look into it... it is not a huge modification and only requires 3 files to work. The version we have on here is locked to this domain, this will be changed before the public release.

It uses similar coding to the 'Latest Forum Posts' I designed for the side block this week, except it only uses a single line output instead of multi-line.

Expect to see it soon...
