Proxy.BRR

I just had my AVG popup to say it detected Trojan Horse Proxy.BRR in Windows\system32\taskdir.dll.
I have tried healing and moving to vault and subsequently deleting it but each time I login, back comes the alert.
I have Googled it and come up with nothing - anyone got any experience with this?
A full AVG sweep comes up clean.
