Windows Messenger 7.5 Ordinal error

Hello,

I am receiving the following error message when trying to start MSN 7.5:
"The ordinal 31 could not be located in the dynamic link library MSIDCRL.DLL"

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled version 7.5 to no avail.

Also, I also cannot remove MSN 7.0 because it cannot locate some patch.

Any ideas from anyone would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
