Just post this so others can finish sp2 update that seems to be hung forever
at the middle of progress bar foo running processes.

this is applicable if you added IIS component or other iis dependent
application/services to your XP Pro.
kill off inet process tree, stop all iis and related services. XP2 udpate
should start progress towards completion within a few minustes
