For some reason, whenever I get an automatic update and install it, it is
still showing as an update on the task bar, even though it shows up as
installed.

I've tried hiding updates that are duplcated, but the option is greyed out.

I am seeing a similar problem but saying that its installed but it keeps
trying to reinstall the same update but failing. this is happening on the
last two updates since last week. on build 5384 Beta 2.

It's not failing here, if I click on it, it will install and it shows up as a
second (or 3rd) installation of the same file in installed updates. Then on
re-start, it downloads the same file again.
