Group Managment

I use the AD group management with my WSUS. I have created two groups for
each of my sites one with the computers that WSUS will manage and one
specifically for Testing the updates. With in ADI have removed all test
systems from the manage group and ensured that they are in the test group
only, however WSUS keeps moving them back into the manage group. I can't
find any errors in the event logs. Any suggestions?
