Well, I'll be first...

I'm known on here as hybrid, you can find out more about me by clicking on my nickname (the large text) in this post.

I started this website over 2 years ago, mainly as a hobby - but its grown a lot since then, many people have come and gone during the times we had problems. Basically, the site caters for all, many topics are covered, and just recently tutorials are being written to make life easier for all of us that are addicted to our computers!

Anyway feel free to look around, if you have registered with us then you will find many more features you can access. We're a friendly bunch of people, and welcome anyone as a member.

'virtual beings' lol - her name is Anne and shes always in there! You need to go into the Hollywood room to chat to her. Just select Hollywood from the top drop-down menu and you'll enter that room, then say hi or something..

When I logged in the message I got was that I had never posted before (true) and to start with my first post in the Introduction Forums. I hope this is where I am to do that. Not sure if I was to create a new thread but whatever.

I remember when this site was over on MSN. After it took off to an independent server, I didn't have much of a chance to log in as I am lazy

I am not used to these types of forums though I do belong to a few car forums that in this format. It will take me awhile to find out this forums full potential.

Anyways a little about moi. I am from Ontario, Canada, a babyboomer , female , and am a computer consultant in the area of High End Print and Production. I enjoy helping others on the net solve computer problems as best I can and have not been sued yet. When I am not working, I try to get out for long walks, bicycling, snow shoeing, skiing (down hill and cross), canoeing, swimming, etc. depending on the weather.

Well 'nuff about moi. From the posts I have managed to read so far, this looks like a great place to be. People here appear to be very knowledgable, and have a great sense of humour. Looking forward to the future.
