hi i wonder if any one can help my epson rx425 keeps saying its time for a service but i believe theres a program i can download somewhere which reset it back to the begging ,there is nothing broke on it ,its just a thing what happerns ive been told with theese printer dose anyone actually have the link for me to do this thankyou for your time in taking to read this

i tryed it but it didnt seem to work for me it still says my printer needs a service

Perhaps it has identified an issue which would be corrected during a normal service. Not saying tha'ts it but just a thought

it looks as if i will have to take it to shop as my daughter needs it for her college work but thanks for the help

When I 'googled' abou this there was many people with the same problem - and the resetting tool not working.
