My Apologies - UK Weather Conditions

My sincere apologies to everyone that hasn't heard from me in the past few days, this is due to the severe weather conditions affecting the UK at present. My condolences to the people that lost their lives on Monday, during this appauling weather.

I've lost some work since powerlines have gone down a few times in the area, and I see that Gloucester was one of the worst hit areas on Monday, with the TV cameras only about 3 mins away from where I live. Luckily, I've not been flooded out yet, and things seem to be getting back to normal - even though only a few hundred yards away houses were under water. Seemed strange when we went to the nearest service station for petrol, to see children in boats going across the flooded fields.

Sorry, to any clients that I'm behind schedule with some custom work - all free modifications I've put on hold while I sort out paid clients first.

Glad to hear you're not one of the flooded ones. We've had a bit of wet around the midlands haven't we?

I was told there's more rain on its way... Have to get my guttering fixed now, already got a broken downpipe, which the council broke, when they were fitting a new drain, which really works well - if water drained upwards!!! lol

Wonder if we'll have a summer this year?
