Ok will agree the cute things in the shop is cute, well from the window outside they is

Ghosts will often take on the look of a misty or semitransparent or fog-like human form. Sometimes Ghosts will make its precense known through moving objects or noises. Those involved in ghost research believe the ghosts may actually be a form of psychic or mental energy that was left behind.

My wife has many dealing with the paranormal... This evening she came back from an haunted flat - the ghost is trying to say something, but she couldn't make out what, only that it has a certain place in the flat that it hates people standing in. My wife stood in that place this evening told the occupant that its freezing by this wall, so she asked what was the other side of the wall. It was the occupants bed, where they keep getting woken up by sheets being pulled, or being 'tapped' on, and woken up.

My wife does see and hear things, but not what or how it is depicted in the media - very much different.

I'll let you know more about this episode on Saturday, because my wife has made an appointment to go back on Friday evening.
