We have made changes to whom can access the site. To reduce spam which we receive from certain countries we have now blocked nearly 3,000 networks, and over 27 million subnets. This should not affect UK or US access. The countries in question are well known for spamming and hackers, which we are now blocking IP ranges.

This may reduce the number of hits to the site per day, and also our Page Ranking on Google - the countries which we have blocked should not affect our normal visitors.
