We have set it up with a feed from one of the forums at www.vbulletin.com, and designed around the vB4 default style and colors and using a typewriter effect output. It is flash based, and uses a PHP proxy file to access news from other domains, this can be set to pull news from your own internal forums, if required. On mouse over the Newstyper will pause, so you can click on the title to view the full article.

Cpanel is okay if your website is relatively small, and not carrying a large database, but you still need to take precautions if you do any backups (check them before modifying anything major). If you are running close to any limitations on your account, then your backups will fail.
